Property Manager
Realty Mark is a full service Real Estate Agency.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing property value, tenant satisfaction, and the overall return on investment for property owners. This role includes full-cycle property management: leasing, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, vendor management, and tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Management:
Market and lease vacant units; conduct property showings and tenant screenings
Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
Address tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and enforce lease terms
Coordinate move-in/move-out processes, including inspections and deposits
Maintenance & Operations:
Schedule and oversee repairs, routine maintenance, and property inspections
Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery
Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and building codes
Financial Management:
Develop and manage property budgets and financial reports
Collect rent, process payments, and manage delinquencies
Prepare monthly financial statements and operational reports for owners
Optimize expenses and maximize net operating income (NOI)
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance, and property expenses
Prepare and implement operating policies and procedures
Coordinate with legal counsel on evictions and legal matters when necessary
Owner Relations:
Serve as the primary contact for property owners
Provide regular updates and performance reports
Offer strategic guidance to increase asset value and performance
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property management (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
Valid Real Estate License
Certification in Property Management is a plus
Strong understanding of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations
Proficiency with property management software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to property sites
