We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate agency with administrative and communication tasks. You will work remotely to help ensure smooth daily operations and assist our agents in staying organized and productive. No real estate license required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage emails and phone inquiries professionally

  • Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings

  • Update property listings on websites and social media platforms

  • Maintain and organize client databases

  • Follow up with potential leads through email or messaging

  • Prepare and send basic documents or forms (templates provided)

  • Create and share social media posts from provided content

  • Perform data entry and light reporting

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of email, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good organizational and time management abilities

  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
